As a designer at Reelo, it’s your mission to create experiences that distill the complex into the simple and give ordinary people the ability to make extraordinary things.

We are looking for a creative and driven Visual designer. As part of the role, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative, and functional designs that help us achieve our marketing goals. Your ability to bring your vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated. One of the key aspects of your role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design, and our customers and serving our brand’s purpose, business missions, and customer needs.

**What you'll do**:

- Closely interact with the marketing team to analyze and understand requirements
- Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the visual design field.
- Translate requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
- Make compelling and thoughtful designs considering its usage across multiple channels and devices viz. web, mobile, print
- Build pixel-perfect and responsive designs/ prototypes for websites and campaign pages that follow brand attributes.
- Articulate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually.
- A compelling storyteller through visual design.

**About You**
- Proven experience in visual designing for multiple channels (print, event booth designing) and digital devices.
- Has a good understanding of visual design standards, typography, iconography, and colors.
- A standout colleague; who loves to work with cross-functional teams in understanding the detailed requirements and aligning the needs to business/ product vision.
- Wants to work at a startup, take ownership of things and make an impact.
