**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Creative Director: Assist the Creative Director in the development of design concepts, presentations, and proposals.**:

- **Project Management: Help manage timelines, schedules, and project deliverables to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within scope.**:

- **Design Execution: Create visual content, including layouts, mock-ups, and prototypes, based on the Creative Director’s vision and guidance.**:

- **Research & Inspiration: Conduct research on current design trends, competitor products, and industry innovations to inform and inspire the creative process.**:

- **Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and production teams to ensure cohesive and aligned project outcomes.**:

- **Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining communication channels with stakeholders.**:

- **Quality Control: Review and provide feedback on design work to ensure it meets the highest quality standards and aligns with the brand’s vision.**:

- **Client Interaction: Occasionally liaise with clients to gather feedback, present ideas, and ensure their design needs are met.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.**:

- **Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a design role, preferably within a creative agency or in-house design team.**:

- **Skills**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).**:

- **Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.**:

- **Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.**:

- **Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration software (e.g., Trello, Slack).**
