Role: SME - Financial Services Operations (S3)

Experience Level: 4-6 years

Location: Pune

Education: BCom, MCOM, MBA- finance, MCA- finance

**Job Type**: Permanent

Non-voice Process (Transfer Agency)
- Experience Minimum 4 years of experience into Transaction processing process; last 1 years should be an SME/ Quality checker. Managing team members will be an added advantage.
- Should have good knowledge of Capital Markets, Mutual fund, servicing of institutional assets (funds) and the various intermediaries.
- Proficient in MS office Excel, Word, Outlook, Presentation.
- Should be ready to relocate to Pune and work in night shift as per business need. However, should be flexible with shift timings.
- Should have experience into Transfer Agency, Reconciliation, cash/ stocks, settlements.
- Follow daily work patterns and be responsible towards targets. Adhere to SLAs.
- Customer Focus, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, Informing Others, Process Improvement, Problem Solving, People Skills, Teamwork, Managing Processes.
- Key Responsibilities/ Functions/ Role:

- Should be able to perform multiple roles: Processing, Quality checking transactions, assisting team members, solving queries, training new hires.
- Partner with managers, and support teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information to clients.
- Analyze unique and recurring situations, come up with solutions and continuously improve processes, all with limited management interaction.
- Update and follow existing tracking mechanism, log the errors and ensure timely correction of faults so that the process adheres to the specified timelines.
- Conduct team huddles/meetings in absence of manager.
- MIS Management
- Skills:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills Written and Verbal.
- Ability to work in a deadline oriented group with peak period workflow.
- AMFI/NCFM and financial certifications would have added advantage.
- Should be able to join immediately or 30days.
