**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding service requests, complaints, and inquiries.
- **Service Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technicians based on customer needs and availability.
- **Job Assignment**: Assign service tasks to technicians and track job progress.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain service logs, customer records, and reports in the system.
- **System Operations**: Update and manage service-related data in the company’s internal systems.
- **Follow-ups**: Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and technicians to confirm service completion and satisfaction.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the sales, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service, coordination, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a service-oriented industry.
- Knowledge of machinery or industrial equipment services is a plus

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
