Medical Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk & Patient Interaction**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
- Verify and process patient insurance details and eligibility

**Appointment & Scheduling Management**:

- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to manage appointment calendars
- Notify patients of any schedule changes or delays

**Administrative & Clerical Duties**:

- Maintain organized patient records (electronic and paper-based)
- Handle billing, co-pays, and other payment transactions
- Manage office supplies and ensure reception area cleanliness
- Prepare and process correspondence, forms, and medical reports

**Compliance & Confidentiality**:

- Maintain patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA or local medical confidentiality laws
- Ensure all patient data is entered accurately into the EMR/EHR system
- Follow clinic protocols for patient check-in and check-out

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
