**About the role**:.
- Strategize and implement effective test automation (Unit/Acceptance/UI/Regression, etc.) strategies for the market-leading product.
- Bring innovation and excellence in quality assurance to achieve high efficiency and quality.
- Implement and extend the current product testing framework.
- Hands-on contributions toward test automation
- Utilize GenAI and other latest technologies to migrate the existing test suite (CodedUI) to the new framework (Robot Test Framework)

**What you will be doing**:

- Design and implement comprehensive QA architecture frameworks.
- Develop and maintain automated testing suites to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to define testing requirements and strategies.
- Establish and enforce QA best practices, standards, and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of QA processes and tools to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in QA technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to provide input and insights on QA-related matters.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of project requirements to identify test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve and prevent defects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Proven 9 - 14 years of IT industry experience with 3+ years working in QA architecture role.
- Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools & frameworks such as Robot, CodedUI, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python, or C#.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with the capability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or similar are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communicator - ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
