Amazon Gift Cards & Incentives is a rapidly growing, multi-billion dollar business, which significantly contributes to the company’s profitability and is the face of Amazon in many physical stores throughout the world. We create and enhance multiple stored value products sold globally through a variety of channels, including the Amazon website, direct corporate sales, retail stores, and other partnerships.

We are looking for a seasoned UX designer who is passionate about conceiving experiences and then driving that vision into solid design deliverables including wireframes and high fidelity designs. This designer will take the experience of purchasing, sending, and redeeming Amazon Gift Cards through both self-use and gifting products to the next level by creating new ways to delight our customers at a global scale. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, marketing managers, and developers.

**Core responsibilities include the following**:

- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, analytics, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities
- Create wireframes, high fidelity design mockups and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives and features
- Develop detailed user-interface specifications, working closely with engineering to see your design through to deployment
- Communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organisation
