**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with caterers, relationship managers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of catering services.
- Understand client preferences and provide tailored catering solutions.
- Maintain quality standards for food presentation, service, and hygiene.
- Oversee catering logistics, including menu finalization and service arrangements.
- Assist in negotiating vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of catering supplies.
- Monitor catering performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2 - 4 years experience in catering coordination, hospitality, or event management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
