Job Description: Electrician (Nuclear Industry)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct thorough inspections and tests of electrical systems, including battery systems, inverters, and UPS equipment, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems to identify and resolve any malfunctions or issues promptly.

3. Assist in the commissioning process of new electrical systems, including conducting tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety guidelines.

4. Install battery systems, inverters, and UPS equipment according to specifications and in compliance with relevant safety protocols.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of two years of relevant experience working as an Electrician in the nuclear industry, with a strong focus on inspection, testing, maintenance, commissioning, and installation of battery systems, inverters, and UPS equipment.

2. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and components, with a thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures specific to the nuclear industry.

3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications.

4. Excellent communication in English Language and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, engineers, and other stakeholders.

5. Relevant certifications or licenses, such as a valid electrician's license, nuclear-specific certifications, or specialized training in battery systems, inverters, or UPS equipment, are highly desirable.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Nuclear: 1 year (preferred)
- Power Backup System Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: From ₹45,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
