**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Telephone Operator Duties**:

- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Maintain call records and ensure prompt communication follow-ups
- Manage the company’s phone directory and update contacts regularly

**2. Reception Management**:

- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Coordinate with security and internal departments for guest visits

**3. Administrative Support**:

- Handle day-to-day office administration tasks
- Manage document filing, data entry, and office supplies
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events
- Support internal teams with clerical duties and correspondence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
