**Construction & Operations APAC > Installation & Commissioning > People Resource Management** Installation and commissioning which is part of the Construction APAC **Responsibilities** - Support resource management as part of the Installation & commissioning function with focus on shared resources and resource pool from across Vestas regions - Coordinate with Mobility & Compliance team regarding travel, visa and work permit for resources travelling overseas to construction projects - Maintain track of all resources, their trainings, assigned projects, timelines, visa and work permit validity; and generate reports as per requirement - Work closely with external agencies in mobilization of resources as per Vestas Labour hire agreements - Develop, maintain and monitor timely reporting of resources including tracking of movements across sites - Support in monitoring gap analysis of resource needs and work on mitigation plans **Qualifications** - Graduate in any field, MS Excel knowledge **Competencies** - should be proactive and always on your toes - Should be a selfstarter and goal oriented - Must have good communication skills, both oral and written - Should have a good knowledge of computer operations and also internet related operations - They may often have to master the art of multi-tasking **What We Offer** We offer you an exciting job with Vestas with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment.
