**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Assistant at Suganta Realty Services, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team and enhancing the user experience on our property portal. Your role will involve assisting potential clients, managing listings, and ensuring seamless transactions. Your goal will be to drive user engagement and satisfaction while helping to achieve our sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist with the onboarding of new clients and ensure that their property listings are accurately and effectively represented on the portal. Support the sales team in follow-ups and coordination with clients.
- **Property Management**: Review and verify property listings to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist with the management of property data, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
- **Customer Experience**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly. Strive to enhance the overall user experience on the portal.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings. Prepare reports and summaries as needed to support the sales team’s efforts and track performance metrics.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations. Share valuable information with the sales team to help refine strategies and offerings.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred. Familiarity with property portals or online platforms is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using online tools and databases. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused with a positive attitude. Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Relevant coursework or certification in real estate or sales is a plus.
