A leading Interior Designer company with over 10 years of experience into Interior Designing and Painting, who are dedicated to creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect clients' personalities and lifestyles and believe in a holistic approach to design, integrating aesthetics, function, and sustainability, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of our interior design projects and ensure that our vision is brought to life with precision and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**I] Site Execution**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure all work is executed in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage and resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the project.

**II] Site Visits & Reporting**:

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Prepare detailed site reports, including progress updates, issues encountered, and any deviations from the original plan.
- Communicate effectively with the design team, contractors, and clients to provide updates and address any concerns.

**III] Execute Measurement Works**:

- Perform accurate site measurements and ensure they are aligned with design plans.
- Verify dimensions, quantities, and other technical aspects to avoid errors during execution.
- Collaborate with the design team to make necessary adjustments based on site conditions.

**IV] Vendor Selection & Hiring**:

- Identify and evaluate potential vendors and subcontractors for project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure that vendors meet the company’s quality standards and budget constraints.
- Oversee the hiring process of skilled labor and subcontractors as needed for the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in interior design or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in site management

Schedule:

- Day shift
