**Responsibilities**:

- Works closely with other UX designers, product managers and engineers to understand the evolving needs of our users and provide solutions.
- Rapidly develop user flows, wireframes, and Hi-Fi mock-ups for a range of assets such as small interactive elements.
- Ideate and create delightful micro-interactions.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Add design thinking: work with our Engineers to visualize the best version of our products and prototypes.
- Translating requirements into styles guides, design patterns and attractive user interface.
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
- Create personas through user research and data.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability, accessibility etc.)
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Designer.
- Expert knowledge of the following tools like Adobe XD, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of Graphic tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Bootstrap with CSS pre-processors such as Sass and Less is an advantage.
- UX strategy, Benchmarking, High Level Design, Information Architecture, Web, Mobile and Tablet Design, and Wireframing.
- Strong Portfolio of design projects.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- User Interface design, User experience design, scalable vector graphics, prototyping, wireframing, responsive design.
- Problem solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
