Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and secure new school clients.
- Conduct market research, identify potential prospects, and generate qualified leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of our programs.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build strong relationships with school owners and administrators, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay up—to—date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and evolving market demands.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up—to—date records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education or child development sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities, with a talent for closing deals.
- Exceptional relationship—building and interpersonal skills.
- Self—motivated, with a driven and results—oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using MS Office/Google apps, CRM software and other sales

tools.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as per business requirements.

We offer a competitive compensation package at market rate, including _a _base salary, attractive incentives, and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel
