- Experience in industrial safety and working in factory environments

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to conduct training and drills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in emergency situations
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency medical procedures

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Implement and manage fire and safety policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
- Develop and implement fire prevention and emergency response plans
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national fire and safety regulations
- Train employees on fire and safety protocols and conduct drills
- Maintain fire suppression systems, equipment, and emergency response tools
- Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses
- Coordinate with external agencies, such as fire departments and government inspectors
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fire and safety programs
- Provide recommendations on improvements to enhance workplace safety

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
