We are a very young and ambitious startup based out of Bengaluru. Our team is a group of engineers and product specialists who are experts in solving payments and fintech problems. The world is witnessing a radical transformation in the banking and financial services sector. We are creating platform to accelerate embedded finance, specifically in the credit space. We are a well-funded startup who have raised upwards of 10 million dollars, one of the top seed rounds amongst B2B companies in the year 2022. About the role
Hyperface operates at the intersection of banking and e-commerce. As a result, we need to demonstrate both stability and agility while paying a ton of attention to information security. Hyperface develops the product and runs it in challenging environments thanks to these myriad forces. Often, there isn’t a playbook and we end up creating one.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead our organization’s technical architecture and drive the design and implementation of our technology solutions. The Architect will collaborate with various stakeholders, including development teams, product and Tech leaders to define the technical vision, provide architectural guidance, and ensure the overall integrity, scalability, and security of our systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organization technical architecture strategy aligning it with business goals.
- Complete ownership of all services and components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define,document the overall technical vision,principles and architecture standards.
- Conduct Architectural reviews,assessments to identify risks,improvements and propose solutions accordingly.
- Be able to conceptualize, develop prototypes and experiment quickly.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to the development team,fostering a culture of excellence.

**Required Skills**:
- 10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture, with proficiency in multiple programming languages(preferably Java) and frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of modern architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proven experience as an Associate Architect/Architect, or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technology solutions.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with unstructured requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills and communication skills,with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
