Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
- Prepare and update ledgers in accounting software
- Create and format PDF documents (invoices, quotations, event reports)
- Prepare basic financial reports for internal use
- Ensure accurate documentation of bills, receipts, and vendor payments
- Assist in GST filings and reconciliations (if applicable)
- Coordinate with the event team for event-related billing entries

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel & PDF tools (Adobe / online PDF editors)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle documentation efficiently
