**Qualification**: B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science, B.Sc (IT), MCA, or equivalent
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, servers).
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in systems.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
- Implement and maintain antivirus, firewalls, and other security measures.
- Maintain IT documentation (assets, licenses, passwords, network diagrams, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and audits.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with networking (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Office 365, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS) is an added advantage.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
