**Brief**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive - Kiosk to manage seamless daily operations, support sales growth, and enhance logistics efficiency. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient functioning of our kiosks while contributing to the team’s and department’s overall objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify the attendance of kiosk promoters daily.
- Ensure smooth functioning of kiosk operations.
- Update and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance using Excel and provide insights.
- Create and manage purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and transfer notes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels at kiosks.
- Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams for timely product delivery.
- Follow up on logístical delays or issues.
- Utilize tools like Petpooja and ERP software to streamline operations and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification should be 12th Pass. Graduates are preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and new challenges.
- Customer service and relationship management abilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking to address challenges and improve operations.
- Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
