**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting IELTS coaching sessions (both individual and group classes).
- Developing customized study plans based on students' strengths and weaknesses.
- Preparing and delivering lessons for all four sections of IELTS: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback.
- Assisting students in improving their test-taking strategies and performance.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest IELTS test formats and trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably English, Linguistics, or Education).
- Certification in IELTS Teaching or TESOL is an added advantage.
- At least 1 years of experience in teaching IELTS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods according to student needs.
