Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to Prospective Clients to Schedule appointments.
- Identify and engage with decision-maker within target organizations.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Maintain Accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that appointments align with the prospect’s needs and Objectives.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting.
- Exceptional English Speaking and Listening Skills.
- Strong self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to different prospect scenarios.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Familiarity with CRM system and sales processes is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹42,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
