**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute scalable **link building strategies** to support SEO goals.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with **paid publishers**, bloggers, and content marketing networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and content writers to create link-worthy content.
- Create content partnerships with publishing houses like TV18, Times of India to publish content on their websites.
- Track and report on key SEO metrics and link building performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices in link acquisition.
- Maintain a database of publishers and track costs, performance, and outcomes.
- Ensure all practices are aligned with Google’s webmaster guidelines and ethical SEO standards.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 2.5-3 years of hands-on experience in **link building** and **paid publisher management**.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, off-page SEO, and domain authority improvement.
- Experience with tools like **Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console**, and **Outreach platforms**.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and SEO copywriting is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in agency or network-based SEO environments is a plus.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
