**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute intraday and swing trades across equities, options, and other financial instruments as per firm guidelines.
- Monitor financial markets, news, and economic data to identify trading opportunities.
- Develop, test, and refine trading strategies with the support of management and research teams.
- Maintain disciplined risk management practices while trading proprietary capital.
- Prepare daily trade summaries, performance reports, and trading journals.
- Collaborate with management on strategy development, market outlook, and trade reviews.
- Stay updated on market trends, trading platforms, and new trading techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in trading equities and/or options (proprietary or personal account experience can be considered).
- Strong knowledge of market mechanics, technical analysis, and trading platforms.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles.
- Highly disciplined, analytical, and decisive under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and compliance with internal trading policies.
- Proficiency with trading software, charting tools, and market data platforms.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with algo or systematic trading (Python, Excel VBA, etc.).
- Experience trading Indian markets
- SEBI certifications

**Compensation**:
Attractive fixed salary + performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
