**Salary**: 18000 to 25000

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to lead and manage the powder coating process for our fabrication unit, specializing in electrical control panels, server racks, and customized enclosures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the powder coating line operations.
- Ensure proper surface preparation (degreasing, phosphating, etc.) before coating.
- Monitor and control parameters such as coating thickness, curing time, oven temperature, etc.
- Ensure proper color matching and uniform finish.
- Handle manpower and allocate tasks to coating and pre-treatment teams.
- Maintain quality standards as per client specifications and industry norms.
- Coordinate with the fabrication, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure optimal usage of powder and chemicals.
- Perform routine maintenance of powder coating equipment and spray booths.
- Maintain safety standards and housekeeping in the coating area.
- Maintain documentation of process parameters, daily production, and quality records.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in powder coating of electrical enclosures, server racks, or control panels.
- Strong knowledge of coating materials, pre-treatment processes, and electrostatic spray systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and ensure coating requirements accordingly.
- Leadership skills and the ability to handle a team independently.
- Understanding of ISO standards and 5S practices is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
