**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proficiency in emergency medicine to handle urgent and life-threatening situations effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in clinical decision making to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment plans for patients (Mandatory skill).
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals seamlessly (Mandatory skill).
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) to perform essential emergency procedures when required.
- Adept in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) to manage severe cardiovascular emergencies.
- Ability to perform patient triage, prioritizing patients based on the severity of their condition.
- Experience in managing electronic health records (EHR) for accurate and efficient patient documentation.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely and effective patient care without compromising quality.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide immediate and effective medical care in emergency situations to stabilize patient conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans and ensure comprehensive healthcare delivery.
- Communicate critical medical information clearly to patients and their families to facilitate understanding and cooperation.
- Conduct patient assessments and perform accurate diagnoses to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain up-to-date medical records for each patient encounter using electronic health record systems.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and protocols to maintain high standards of medical care.
- Participate in continuous medical education and training programs to stay updated with advancements in medical practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and assist in their professional development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
