Position: MIS Executive

Location: Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports, dashboards, and databases to provide critical data for decision-making.
- Utilize **Advanced Excel** tools like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc., to analyze large datasets.
- Generate periodic reports for management to track key performance indicators (KPIs), business metrics, and financial results.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into systems and databases, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and create tailored reports.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes using Excel functions and Macros to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot any data inconsistencies or errors, providing solutions to improve data integrity.
- Maintain backup of all reports and ensure data security.
- Assist in data migration or system upgrades when needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in any discipline (preferably in IT, Business, Finance, or related fields).
- Proven experience as an **MIS Executive** or similar role, with expertise in data management and reporting.
- **Advanced Excel certification** is required (e.g., Pivot Tables, Xlookup, Vlookup, Hlookup).
- Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, functions, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle large amounts of data accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
