**Job Title -**Technician - Production

**What will you be doing**?**

- **Production operation**:Operate, control and monitor machinery to meet production quotas and quality standards.
- **Setup**:Prepare machines for operation by calibrating them according to specific production needs and specifications.
- **Maintenance**:Perform regular cleaning and routine maintenance on equipment; troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
- **Quality control**:Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments to machinery as needed.
- **Record-keeping**:Maintain accurate logs of production data, machine performance, and any malfunctions.
- **Safety**:Follow all KONE safety procedures and workplace regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production lines.

**Are you the one?**

- **Experience**:Previous experience as a Production operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- **Technical knowledge**:Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and machine operating instructions.
- **Attention to detail**:Keen eye for detail to inspect products and make precise adjustments.
- **Physical ability**:Ability to stand for extended periods, lift objects, and perform physical tasks as required by the specific role.
- **Basic skills**:Proficiency with basic math skills and measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
- **Communication**:Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues to supervisors.
