**Job Summary**:
The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for the psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment of patients with mental health, emotional, and behavioral disorders. The role involves individual and group therapy, psychometric testing, case formulation, and working closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed **psychological assessments**, including cognitive, personality, and diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools.
- Provide **psychotherapy and counseling** to patients across various age groups dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosis, addiction, and other psychiatric conditions.
- Develop individualized **treatment plans** and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and nursing staff for multidisciplinary care planning.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and reports as per hospital and ethical guidelines.
- Provide **crisis intervention** and support for acute psychological emergencies.
- Offer **psychoeducation** to patients and families regarding illness, coping strategies, and rehabilitation.
- Conduct or participate in **group therapy sessions**, behavioral modification programs, and rehabilitation activities.
- Participate in **clinical meetings, case conferences, and training sessions**.
- Support hospital outreach, awareness, and mental health promotion programs as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: M.Phil or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institute.
- **License**: Must hold a valid **RCI registration** as a Clinical Psychologist.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 0-3 years preferred (Freshers with RCI license may also apply).
- Experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in psychometric testing and interpretation.
- Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, REBT, etc.).
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ethical and professional clinical practice.
- Team-oriented and patient-centered mindset.

Pay: ₹17,344.94 - ₹47,019.12 per month
