Business Analyst-Neo4J,India Remote

Req. Skills outline (essential)
- BS in a technical/quantitative field, including business, data and analytics, engineering, etc.
- Hands-on experience (typically 3-5 years) carrying out data analysis, data mining and insight generation in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation softwares.
- Customer-centric and pragmatic mindset. Focus on value delivery and swift execution, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge in SQL, python or other languages is preferred
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide actionable, data-driven business and insights by combining data manipulation capabilities, business acumen and technical or operational knowledge with analysis.
- Maintain metrics and data visualisations (visuals, reports, and dashboards).
- Be a bridge between business and PPM, digital and other teams.
- You partner with data engineers and data owners from the business to define and build simple data models. You integrate existing tools to automate data ingestion, data manipulation, quality control and data analysis.
