**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Pega development, with a strong focus on Pega CS.
- Deep understanding of Pega architecture, including PRPC, Pega Platform, and Pega CS frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Pega CS solutions, preferably for large, complex organizations.
- Expertise in Pega rules, flows, activities, data models, and UI development.
- Experience with Pega integration services, including REST, SOAP, and JMS.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification / Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is preferred.
- Experience with other CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel) is a plus.
- Experience working within a highly regulated environment is a plus.
- Experience with Apple's ecosystem and technologies is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Apple stakeholders.
