We have expanded our focus from farmer livelihood development in India by promoting renewable energy solutions, organic farming practices and farmer producer organizations using regenerative agriculture promotion, to upskilling and capacity building, empirical research, policy advocacy and dissemination of information.

Social media marketing executives oversee and handle the social media accounts of businesses as part of the marketing and communication strategy. They create engaging content for the target audience to drive sales, maintain an online presence and get the maximum value from various social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Write or edit social media captions and include trending hashtags
- Developing and Implementing social media strategy
- Handling all media handles ( Twitter/ Facebook/ instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube)
- Writing content for social media (captions/ hashtags)
- Influencer marketing
- Collaborations and contests

**Requirements**:

- **1- 2 yrs of exp in area of development sector, sustainability, entrepreneurship, incubation, solar power**:

- Love for the ever-evolving world of digital media
- Excellent story-telling skills that bring ideas to life
- The ability to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time
- The cross-functional nature of the role requires you to be a team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

Tenure
- 1yr ( On evaluation of the performance of work in this period, Organisation may offer a Full Time Job Opportunity )

Monthly Salary
- 15-25 k

(Compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience and last salary drawn)

Open to travel.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
