**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, or higher, in graphic design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience, with a portfolio of creative work.
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Procreate and CorelDRAW.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
- Ability to comprehend ideas and design requirements.
- Ability to work on strict timelines.

**The Role**:

- Establish creative direction for the projects and verticals
- Advise and implement best practices and optimisations throughout design projects.
- Create visualisations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
- Develop new approaches for creating more expressive visual content for the company.
- Create and maintain design guidelines and templates for different projects to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure consistency with the brand and design requirements.
- Manage and prioritise across multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
