**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective search engine marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords and create compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create landing pages and ad content that align with campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in the SEM field.
- A/B test ad variations, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about competitors and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Identify and implement new strategies to increase campaign effectiveness, audience reach, and conversion rates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing SEM campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising, keyword research, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.

**Salary**: ₹30,086.00 - ₹35,104.83 per month
