Experience working directly with Order to Cash processes on the SAP platform, including recent experience on the S/4HANA cloud-based platform.
- Knowledge of master data, processes, and transactions across SAP Hybris Billing - CC, CI, SOM, FICA, RAR and AR in a cloud-based environment for US and International businesses.
- Proficiency in SAP CI/FICA transactional areas (e.g., consumption items, billable items, billing documents, invoice documents, archiving, printing, payment processing, customs management).
- Experience in convergent invoicing billing and invoicing processes (grouping, selection, aggregation). Proficient with convergent invoicing functions billing plan, provider contracts, rating, partner settlements, clarification processing, etc.
- Knowledge of the Offer to Cash Scenario (i.e., integration with SAP CC, SAP CRM, other SAP systems, external systems).
- Experience working with Consumption item class configuration and Billable item class Configuration, RICEF, etc.
- Knowledge of different API's and SOAP/Rest Web services, Batch Jobs, IDOCS, and XML messages.
- Experience designing the write-off, taxation procedures, Dunning, G/L posting areas, prepaid, postpaid accounts and hybrid scenarios.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management tools (e.g., Service Now, HPQC) and Agile Tools (e.g., Jira).
