**Job Title: Training Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and supporting IT training programs. This role ensures smooth execution of training sessions, manages communication between trainers and learners, and maintains training records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule IT training sessions (online and classroom).
- Communicate with trainers, participants, and management about training plans.
- Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, and feedback forms.
- Track and report on training progress and participant performance.
- Maintain the training calendar and documentation.
- Support trainers with setup of training platforms and technical tools
