**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Formal art education like **Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts** is a plus, but not mandatory if skills are exceptional.
- Experience in school or event-based artistic work preferred.
- Proven experience in **realistic drawing, painting, and visual storytelling**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing freehand work, wall art, thematic displays, or school/event decoration.
- Proficiency in using traditional art materials such as paints, brushes, markers, pastels, and mixed media.
- Creativity and ability to visualize and execute original concepts.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in **realistic drawing and painting techniques**.
- Ability to create large-scale visual art for school events and decorations.
- Prior experience in mural work, school displays, or creative installations (preferred).
- Strong imagination, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
