Coverage varies by country. - We empower our employees to manage their financial well-being and help them plan for the future. - We provide access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses. **In this role, you’re expected to**: - Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems - Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts- Overall work experience between 4-8 Yrs. - Deep understanding of Agile & lean values and principles - Working experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach of distributed Agile teams (6+ yrs), tech domain preferred - Skilled in training or coaching individuals and teams in Agile practices and values (lean and product management a plus), Working experience > 5yrs - Working knowledge of best practices in value-driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis-driven development, usability testing) - Working knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps - Good communicator with problem solving mindset and focus on process improvement - Working knowledge of work management and collaboration tools (Jira and confluence preferred) - Scrum Master and Agile Certifications Working at Citi is far more than just a job.
