Receptionist (Female)

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
**2. Communication**:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Provide information and assistance to clients, guests, and employees as needed.
**3. Administrative Support**:
- AMCs Maintenance & Co-ordination.
- Handle and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Arrange Birthday Cake Celebration for employees.
- Arrange Festivals Celebration at Office.
**4. Office Supplies Management**:
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supply orders and maintenance services.
**5. Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, telephone messages, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
**6. Customer Service**:
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from visitors or clients in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
**Qualifications**:
- Any Degree or High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
