- Prepare layouts, floor plans, and project timelines in coordination with consultants or internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that all office interiors meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress, track budgets, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Source and manage vendors for materials, furniture, and services.
- Review and approve design proposals, material selections, and quotations.
- Ensure mínimal disruption to ongoing office activities during renovation or installation work.
- Handle post-installation checks and quality assurance.
- Maintain documentation of contracts, approvals, and project reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in office interior or fit-out project management.
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and building codes.
