- Why this job matters- The role holder will be responsible for epertised in preparing insights from the data/reports/dashboards, mentoring the team, working as Subject Matter Expert for Customer reporting team. They will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely and insightful reporting and analysis services for Global functions and its stakeholders as required.- What I’ll be doing- Responsible for delivering reports and analysis to agreed stakeholders
- Preparing meanigfull insights from the Reports/Dashboards
- Mentoring a team of Reporting Analysts
- Ensuring high quality, on-time, outputs, working proactively with the operations manager and stakeholders to achieve excellence
- Ensure all processes, data storage / handling and outputs comply with GDPR, and / or any other applicable compliance laws & regulations.
- Skills required for the job- Industry specific - Knowledge of the telecoms industry and convergence
- Global specific - Understanding of Global business objectives, systems and processes

- Excellent technical skills: MS Office, Excel, Sharepoint, visualization tools like Qlik / Power BI / OBIEE / Tableau etc
- Excellent numeracy, analytics and data interpretation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to question large data sets
- Experience you would be expected to have- A stellar career with demonstrable experience in the reporting & business intelligence field
- Proven and demonstrable past experience of personally delivering against challenging business objectives
- Clear evidence of strong stakeholder management
