**Job Description of Healthcare Customer Service**

**We are Poco care, a Health care focused company. Poco is the short form of Positive Conversations, and our aim is to deliver care and make people of all segment ready for any kind of Emergency.**

**Responsibilities for healthcare customer service**
- Should be able to receive calls and answering them as per defined protocol.
- Should be proactive & should have eager to resolve our **Customer problems**, serve the customer, and improve productivity
- Have to Maintain and follow all the Quality parameters.
- Flexibility to work in all shifts of 9 Hrs each.
- Any emergency calls requires medical attention should be immediately transferred to Medical Officer.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Should avail the break timings allotted to them.
- Quality polices and levels to be maintained while in call.
- Should be Customer Focus—Dedicated, establishes and maintains healthy relationship with customers. Commitment in delivering customer delight & create WOW factor.
- Should be able to do follow-up Calls with REGISTERED CUSTOMERS based on the requests.
- Should be smart, comfortable in managing multiple tools.
- Capture additional customer details as per the Business Requirement.
- Should be very energetic, determined to be successful and be able to deal with new challenges & situations easily.
- Should possess good communication skill Oral and Written both.
- Should be a very active, flexible who can put a great deal of energy into system.

**Qualifications Required**
- Should be from Graduate in B.Sc Life Science (Zoology, Botany, Bio Chemistry and Background) from recognized University / College.

**Experience Required**
- 6 -12 months of experience in Call handling profile (Customer Service Experience).
- Preferably from a Healthcare or Insurance Environment.

**Health Status**
- Should be medically fit to work & to perform well by meeting expectation.

**Language Proficiency**

English, Hindi & Kannada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
