Business Analysis Associate Ii

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
You will be working to implement projects for the CDD Transformation Product Development Management group using standard Agile project delivery methodologies Role. Encompasses business analysis to identify, assess, and articulate near-term business needs, advise businesses on options, risks, and costs of technology solutions versus benefits Work with Business Architects to define and deliver innovative solutions to solve compound business problems. Define and clearly document agile epics and user stories. You will be Coordinating with various areas of Operations, Middle Office, Finance, Technology, and Senior Management to build business requirements, procedures, and processes. This will include project plan development, resource management, (elicitation, documentation, prioritization, etc.), process mapping, process design, procedure authoring, org design, capacity sizing, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be accountable for the implementation of projects for the CDD, LDD, SMB and Workflow Transformation Product Development Management group using standard Agile project delivery methodologies
- You will be conducting data analysis, data collection, and synthesis to translate into empirical solutions or evidence that can optimize project reporting
- Proactively communicate global and local business requirements/priorities and project status to key stakeholders; solicit feedback and obtain sign-off on project documentation.
- You will work with the central Release Management team to deliver projects to release timelines and support technology with production releases

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 5 years+ experience in a business analysis role in the banking/financial industry and Team Management experience
- Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques including UML and Data modelling.
- Experience in customer channel integration
- Widespread experience of working in an agile delivery model, and writing User Stories using industry standard techniques
- The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with JIRA as well as technical skills e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, excel, PowerPoint
