**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, architects, designers, and contractors
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads through prospecting and cold calling
- Calculate square footage requirements for clients and provide accurate estimates for tile and marble needs
- Collaborate with designers and architects to create stunning designs and presentations for clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase our products' features and benefits
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of experience in the Tiles and Italian Marble industry, preferably in sales or marketing
- Strong understanding of square footage calculation and tile layout
- Excellent communication, marketing, and convincing sales skills
- Design sense and ability to create visually appealing designs and presentations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills
