Gold Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

- Prepare appropriate ideal inventory levels for existing branches as per business plan at beginning of the year. Also plan for inventory of upcoming new showrooms during the year.
- Ensure that the ideal inventory levels across all branches are met on regular basis and throughout the year.
- Capturing requirements from stores by analyzing data of actual sales, sales forecasts, company order parameters, inventory checks, forth coming events, replenishment needs and walk-out feedbacks etc. and provide inputs to category plans.
- Keep a track of MOM and YOY product sales and analysis the data for better replenishment.
- Assist procurement deptt. in creation of assortment plans for product category based on insights gained from customer preference and historical trends.
- Seek regular feedback from stores regarding replenishment, unavailability, walk-out reason or any other queries related to merchandise.
- Keep a track of daily retail walk-outs due to non-availability of merchandise.
- Regular searching of new vendors and manufacturers for variation in patters & stock.
- Ensure supply of merchandise from HO to stores, store transfers as well as from stores to HO.
- Helping in promotions & marketing campaigns by providing latest and beautiful crafted pieces for branding purpose.
- Creating product story of master pieces in exhibition or any event.
- Provide the suitable products in prestigious awards nominations with glorious story.
- Ensure that the damaged stocks are repaired and polished on regular basis.
- Ensure that the stocks are dispatched to showroom within the given deadline.
- Keeping track of competitor’s activities, competitors stocks and new trends in the market.
- Conduct competitor’s survey on a regular basis.
- Conduct market study and gather information on margins prevailing in the market, possible price points, etc.
- Coordinate with product development and design team for making jewellery as per market trends.
- Perform daily tallying/ count of stocks within the department.
- Annual sales budget projection.
- Control over order & repair in all stores.
- Weekly, monthly stock replenishments.

Experience:

- Jewelers industry experience Must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
