Conceptualize design concepts, planning, and knowledge of applicable statutory codes and compliances.
- Guide 3D visualizers to develop 3D renderings for client presentations
- To be able to handle and lead 3 projects simultaneously Work in tandem with architects and quantity surveys to furnish BOQs, coordinate DDs, etc.
- Updated knowledge of various building materials, interior finishes, etc.
- Experience in coordinating MEP and other services with interior design.
- Periodic site monitoring to ensure design comprehension by the site teams.
- Fluent communication skills in English

**Required Software Skills**:

- Autocad
- Sketchup
- Lumion
- MS Office
- Photoshop
- Illustrator

**Qualifications**: B.Arch. from a recognized university.

**Gender **: Any gender

**Salary**: ₹2,16,000/ ₹3,00,000/- per year

**Minimum Work Experience **:2 Years

**About us**:
Cula is a young multidisciplinary studio which focuses on architecture, interiors and graphic design. The studio is also co-working with Studio 29, an established practice in Coimbatore. Ongoing projects include museums, residences, commercial spaces, interiors, public art, installations, wall art and illustrations.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,314.06 per month
