**Job description**

**Tech Mahindra is hiring immediate joiners for a banking voice process
- Location Chandivali.**

**Designation: Associate Customer Service**

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Responsible to address and resolve Consumer & Commercial queries, requests and complaints.
- Providing amazing customer service by attending incoming calls from existing customers.
- Answering any questions, they have or resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Figure out best ways to ensure that customer is happy with the services.
- Responsible to take escalation calls

**Key skills required**:

- Good English communications skills.
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excel knowledge

**Shift Timings**:
Male
- 24x7 (Any 9hrs-drop available) ,

Female
- 7am to 8pm (Any 9hrs)

6 days working & one rotational week-off

**Salary**:
25000 to 30000 (in hand)

**Qualification: only Graduate can apply**

**Experience**:(**Min 12 Month's experience mandatory (On paper).**
