E-commerce Specialists (D2C) will play a key role in managing and optimizing a company's online sales channel to sell directly to consumers. Responsibilities span across digital marketing, website management, customer experience, operations, and analytics departments.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, and content across e-commerce platforms (Shopify).

**-**Analyze Order Fulfillment Time, Return Rate, Inventory Turnover Ratio, Shipping Accuracy, and Logistics Cost per Order.
- Enlisting all relevant New SKUs with Customers on time to leverage the benefit of Advertisement & sales opportunities.
- Oversee UI/UX elements to improve site navigation, conversion rates, and improve ROAS.
- Enhance user experience (UX) and customer journey on the platforms.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and trigger restocking processes.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and marketing performance.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or CRM platforms to generate reports.
- Manage third-party integrations (payment gateways, analytics tools, chatbots).
- Oversee secure payment processing and data encryption protocols.
- New development to improve ROAS, user satisfaction, user engagement, and other KPI.

**Required**
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify), CRO, SEO, customer retention.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional but helpful).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
