**Responsibilities**:

- ** Backend Development**:

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using **FastAPI**.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- ** Database Management**:

- Design, develop, and maintain complex relational databases using **MySQL**.
- Optimize SQL queries and database schemas for performance and scalability.
- Perform database migrations and manage backup/restore processes.
- ** Containerization and Orchestration**:

- Set up and manage container orchestration systems using **Kubernetes**.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
- ** Application Deployment and Maintenance**:

- Monitor system performance, and ensure system reliability and scalability.
- ** Collaboration and Documentation**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Document system architecture, APIs, and processes for future reference.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and shared knowledge.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficient in **Python** with experience in building APIs using **FastAPI**.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly **MySQL**, including database design and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with **Docker** for containerization and **Kubernetes** for orchestration.
- Familiarity with building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST API principles.
- Knowledge of security best practices in API development and deployment.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly **Git**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
