**Job Summary**:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs that communicate the brand's message and enhance its visual identity. The role involves working closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop various creative assets for both digital and print media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop creative concepts and design graphics for a variety of media including websites, social media, print, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create and design visual content that aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- **Brand Identity**:

- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand by creating consistent and on-brand visuals.
- Design logos, icons, typography, and other elements that contribute to the overall brand image.
- **Digital Media**:

- Ensure that all digital designs are optimized for web performance and responsive design.
- **Print Media**:

- Create print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, packaging, and business cards.
- Collaborate with printers to ensure that designs are produced accurately and to the highest quality.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other designers to produce cohesive and compelling visual content.
- Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders to understand design requirements and feedback.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and projects are completed within scope.
- Organize and archive design files for future use and reference.
- **Research and Trends**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure that designs are fresh, innovative, and competitive.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
- Ensure that all visual content is of high quality and meets the company’s standards and expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make adjustments to designs as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
